    Thanks for the answer on punching speed, I,m 65 years old, and still competeing in points, how can I maintain my flexibility, and improve on my kicking speed

    I had purchased your Hip Flexibility. I just wanted to know what’s the best warm up before Squat. I’ve been doing the Kneeling Routine and Advance Mobility Movement right before i do my Squat.

      You could try the Squat mobility routine that’s in the HFS download area 😉
