Nice video man. I pulled a muscle in my hip during a striking class a few weeks back and it is still lingering. I have a kickboxing match coming up near the end of next month and I am starting to get a bit worried. It has gotten to the point now where I can do some light/moderate boxing, but, I am yet to be able to kick without it hurting. I do however feel like it could be close to healed right now because I went to JJ class last night and it was the first tome I was able to roll in about 3 weeks, pain free. Although, after class when my muscles started cooling down, there was a little bit of pain, but, it quickly faded. You just destroyed my go-to response; stretching. (In a good way, that is.)

By the way, is light stretching something to be avoided too? Like, super-light stretching that are just lingering on the end of the muscles ROM and not pushing to extend the ROM?
