I love the simple but all encompassing exercises two of which I’m familiar with.
I could do these on my gym floor which is harder than outdoors. Funny how little we get to rolling on the grass at age 67.
As long as you’re still rolling in the hay all is well in the world 😉

Interesting workout. I will have to wait for my broken hand to heal before doing this, but it looks fun. My first thought with the first exercise was make sure to scout for dog poo first, it would be a real downer to discover it in the middle of a roll.
no way – rolling in dog poo on the 1st rep is best, as finishing the workout after that builds mental toughness 😉
You made me laugh out loud with that. Happily I was not in a public place. Yes it would build mental toughness, not to mention olfactory toughness, but still, YUCK!
