Due to many requests from customers of my Hip Flexibility Solution, I’m about 40% into creating the Shoulder Flexibility Solution and I’d love YOUR INPUT to make sure I include EVERYTHING you need to make this an amazing and complete program.

So please answer the following 3 questions and I’ll be sure to integrate and address everything I can.

I am working on a way to get you hip flexibility solution program. I have tried through many sighs but have run into payment problems as they don’t recognize my TD visa card.

Trying to build all round body mass, I enjoy using weights but certain excercise’s like lateral raises have caused my tennis elbow pain to flare up, getting to the point where it hurts to pick up light-moderate weight. Am also unable to practice Hapkido because of this. Any suggestions appreciated. Enjoying Q-A videos thanks for your time and effort.

Participating for the first time recently in a yoga session I had difficulty executing a downdog movement correctly and the tightness in my shoulders and thoracic spine was pointed out by the instructor. Thanks for your good work.

This would be great, Eric. After purchasing the Hip Flexibility solution, and suffering from tight shoulders, I was wondering when you would develop something like this.

I’m a commercial/industrial electrician, I do a lot of overhead work. Either heavy lifting, torquing down with tools…etc. Tightness, clicking.

I’m “double jointed” in both shoulders so not long into any kind of press motions I find my shoulders give way is there anything you’d suggest?

Hey Eric, I’ve been having some intermittent severe neck pain that seems to root in my upper back. Would this potentially help with that?

    Hi Eric
I suffer from a wicked case of tendinitis in both my shoulders from years of manual labour. I’m looking for stretching and strengthening exercises that will keep my shoulders from becoming inflamed.
    Thanks Jeremy B.
