Really… do I get a free update if I have the 1.0 version? I have the 1.0 and I’m really looking forward for the 2.0.

I would like to se the page 57-58 Physical requirements of MMA, page 76-77 Core training or 78-79 medicine ball training.

Learned a few basics with MMA-R, but there`s a lot more …

In every sport people train to be the strongest / fastest
with stunning results.
Really interested in what they`re focused on

Eric,

So far it looks good. I like the section on “adaptation energy” that you have added. Makes you think about other things that might be disrupting your “mojo”. I know I’ve had days where my workouts didn’t go so well and I thought, “What the hell?! I got 8 hours of sleep and I’m eating right!”. Turns out I had a lot on my mind on those particular days.

Anyhow, I’d like to get a preview of the “Movement in 3D” section. MMA is heavily based on movements and I’d like to see more of your comments on that.

Nah, I got mma-r, MBx, OL, and bodyweight ex. From IZ…which come to think of it, I dont think I ever cancelled that! Aw crap Lmao! Guess my 9.95/month is paying for those frozen peas!!!
