MMA Ripped 4WO Guest Blog

Well 4WO has come and gone.

This is a week that has some major pluses and prior to this time around had some major minuses. I love the switch chin-ups and the Dumbbell Split Jerk. I absolutely used to hate the sumo deadlift + rollout, however this time around I absolutely loved them and blasted through the 50 that I had to get done.

As I stated in my 5WO blog, my strength has gone up tenfolds, plus my cardio is right there. I am doing all of my sparring sessions at the pro level and none at the amateur level.

The diet has been on point up until now, lets hope I keep at er and get the best out of MMA Ripped.
