The glutes are a muscle group that a lot of people have trouble firing.

Reason why is because a lot of people sit on their asses for most of the day (me included).

Well, if your glutes aren’t working, other muscles have to compensate, which often include your quads, hamstrings and lumbar erectors, leaving you with a tight lower back and hams and weak and small butt.
