In today’s QnA video, I answer the following question:

“Hi Eric I’m training 2 girls and they want 2 tone up there legs abs and arms they are pretty lean as it is, but you know girls never happy. lol

Any way, what’s the best exercise 2 to do this? I know food is the key as well. Any help would be great. Thanks.

    Hi Eric,

    great stuff you have:)
Do you have anything related to knee pain?
or is it often related to hip inflexibility?

      Hi Beata,

Knee pain is often related to hip inflexibility because when the hips aren’t working the way they should, the knees do things they’re not designed to do.

Fix your hips first, ensure your movement pattern technique is solid and then you might find the knee pain is no more.

    Great perspective Eric!
This would be great advice for the other sex too. Instead of aiming to some body fat percentage (that they have got from some magazine (depending on the magazine it’s between 6 and 20 something), you could aim for 10 good pullups. There is not too many folks out there doing 10 pullups with unhealthy body fat percentage, is there. Keep up the good work!
