Shelled out the equivalent of twenty dollars for something similar, and the materials are under one’s nose. Simple,efficient and cheap into the bargain. Pity I didn’t have this sooner. Thanks for posting this or everyone’s benefit Eric.

Great ideal Eric your roller is cheap and practically. Keep all the good ideas coming. Seeing that you are a knowledgeable person maybe you could help me out. I am in Taipei Taiwan just made the move would you happen to know of any good MMA schools here in Taipei or surroundings cities like Toayun. Any martial school geared towards true combat would also do. I don’t read Chinese so i can only search English web site which is no help. Zip Zero can’t find any.Help would be great appreciated thanks Eric

I’ve done it on a bare PVC too but I mainly roll at home and the floors at home are too slippery so the mat helps me not slip.
