Bent-V Lateral Hip Shift (Hamstring & Groin Mobility)

Let’s cut to the chase –

Here’s what doing this exercise together with me once a day for the next 7 days will give you:

– Mobilized hamstrings and adductors
– Strengthened hip flexors and internal rotators
– Better hip hinge
– Decreased tension in your privates

Watch the video then try it out, then watch it and do it again everyday for the next 6 days and you’ll experience the benefits for yourself and your technique will progress via deeper understanding and frequent practice:

Go for 6-10 reps in each direction, nice and slow and don’t be afraid to stand up and shake it out if you’ve pushed too hard or feel too much strain.

Love this exercise. I have been doing something similar but as usual your understanding of movement helps to make it specific to improving hip mobility. I have clients with labral tears that struggle with groin tightness so I see this as gold for them. I have had 2 hip replacements and am very tight in one groin so I will do this one myself and reap the benefits. Love your stuff so please keep it coming.

Great thanks Eric as it is similar to my flow stretching warm up sequence I do for myself & clients every day. I can now fine tune your movement into my sequence.
