Wow! did 2 minutes, while maintaining all the proper alignments, and once I released out of it I got quite a rush of energy and real warming effect throughout my thoracic area. Thank you, Eric.

By the way, I have been enjoying implementing the principles in your book, POWER. I am currently working my way through your Bulletproof Back and have your Shoulder and Hip programs and looking forward to integrating them into my practice as well, as I find not only the exercises .you introduce very effective, but the sequencing as well.

The Chinese might call that Qi, here in the west we might think of it as feeling energy from opening up the nervous system.

Either way, it feels good and it really helps, so glad you enjoyed this as well as my other programs Ted!

Yes, although this was a sudden rush of energy, it is very similar in feeling to Qi,, that I experience when doing specifically directed Qi exercises, that elicit a slower, more controlled release of energy, that seems in my experience to be a combination of the nervous system and blood flow..

Eric, the one thing I would love to see a post on, and I do not see in the programs I have of yours, is a good, solid cool-down and/or release for after workouts. I would very much appreciate your take on this important aspect training.

Thank you
