Maggie is a 67 year old grandma who joined the powerDOJO Inner Circle just over a year ago.
When she joined, she told me she could barely do Pushups from her knees.
Well, now look at her:
And this is just one of many new feats of strength that she’s been able to accomplish since joining.
Her positive “CAN DO” attitude and willingness to ask questions combined with consistent effort (and I like to think some good programming) has kept her progressing and now she’s doing things many guys half her age can’t do.
So, don’t doubt yourself or your abilities…
Know that you have so much potential waiting inside of you to be revealed.
All it takes is a positive attitude, consistent effort and a good plan.
Now get out there and DOMINATE!

P.S. Please feel free to congratulate Maggie below!
WHAT AN INSPIRATION!!! I’ll get there too! Thanks, Maggie!!
Maggie, THANK YOU!! I am almost 51 and feel defeated. But, watching this today has shown me anything is possible. I just need to find the right program.
You are fantastic Maggie! Way to go. You are an inspiration.I’m sure you have put in the time and worked hard. Your effort really shows.
Congratulations! I’m impressed. It’s great to see that someone our age ( I’m 65 ) can accomplish nearly everything our conditioning, health, and diet can allow us to do. Our society thinks that we should be frail, fat, unhealthy, and diseased and humped over, sitting in the park feeding pigeons! Demonstrations such as this prove that so-called seniors can look sexy, be trim and fit, exercise like the younger kids and only are limited to what we can do by only own selves! Again, kudos to you, young lady!
Congratulations and God keep you healthy.
Thanks everyone:). That was my first time up the rope and I am flattered that Eric used me as an example of what is possible with consistent practice and of course good programming
So what kind of a training program are you on?
Watching you do that just made my day. It obviously made your trainers day too. Keep being inspiring.
Great work Maggie! I truly hope that I can do that at your age.
Maggie, and everyone else who’s out there showing us and themselves that they can just do it – thank you, and you rock! One step at a time, the mountain (or the rope!) can be climbed !
Way to go Maggie!
Well Done Maggie. Truly AWESOME.
WOW. That is awesome. Well done.
Congrats. What an inspiration!
Awesome! Congratulations, Maggie!
Yay Maggie !! Way to rep the 60 something crowd.

Fantastic! Thank you for the inspiration a few days after my 70th birthday. You make me want to jump up and do it!
Way to go Maggie! You rock!
