Was in Barbados for a little business trip, but had to have some fun on the beach…

You know the old saying, “All work and no play makes Eric a dull boy.”

Very Nice Eric I do similar routines but with a Swiss ball and with yoga postures to really increase hip strength and flexibility!! Maybe one day I can post something to you!

Such kind of combo flows is a must in bodyweight training … Every one, beginers included, should give it a try … Thanks for the video … I use an artificial beach volley ball court for this kind of training every saturday morning … The instability imposed by the moving sand gives more flavour to the sequence …
