I don’t just write programs, just like you, I’ve bought a ton of workout programs over the years.

Some programs have been quite good, and some aren’t worth the digital ink they’re printed with. I’ve been really upset after some purchases, especially when I couldn’t get in touch with the author to get my problems addressed.

That’s why I want to show you an example of what a QUALITY workout program is like, so that you know what you’re looking for. Yes, it’s my program, and I am biased, because I fully stand behind what I put out.

With this program, it’s like, "OK, today, you’re going to do 3 sets of this, rest 60 seconds, then move on to 5 sets of the next exercise, rest for 2 minutes…"

Hey Eric, Thanks for the link. I have a questioned about the structural phase of the MMA ripped program. I might have overlooked it but the Workouts like Structural Phase (A) DAY 1 get combine with Structural Phase (A) MMA circuit Day 1 in the same workout or are the different days?
