UNLIMITED Exercises Inside powerDOJO

[content_box width=”70%”].

Here’s the real truth…

RESULTS ARE NOT ABOUT THE EXERCISES

Just because you’re Squatting, doesn’t mean you’re going to get the results you want.

Just because you’re using a Kettlebell doesn’t make you hardcore.

The key is NOT in choosing the right exercises.

This is part of it.

Obviously the Leg Press sucks balls compared to the Squat.

But the real key to serious and lasting results is this:

Setting worthy GOALS and following a PROGRAM to reach those goals.

Yes, you will be doing AWESOME exercises in powerDOJO.

I couldn’t have it any other way.

In fact, you’ll have access to my whole exercise video library and I’ll be posting all new exercises that I video inside that will be easily searchable according to equipment, movement pattern and more.

This is all a part of powerDOJO v2.0 – and is one of the reasons why the cost will be going up.

The first half of the statement above is where the the powerDOJO Fitness Profile and Belt System help you do – give you progressive benchmarks to strive for and showing you what exact areas you need to work on.

The second half is covered in the dozens and dozens  of programs inside powerDOJO – different programs for each belt and for different goals within each belt.

I haven’t written them all yet, because some will be tailored to meet the needs of my fellow Kyoudai.

Others will be like this:

“Do this program if you need to reach your Blue Belt strength goals but you’ve got everything else in line.”

“Do this program if your strength is good but your endurance is lacking.”

Etc, etc…

There are different programs for each belt, it’s impossible to list all the permutations that you will go through.

But regardless of the program, one of my core training (and life) principles is to use the least amount of time/energy to get the desired result.

So most programs will be 2 or 3 days/week. Additional stuff is available if you so desire, such as the powerDOJO Workout of the Month which is a challenge/conditioning style workout that will help mix things up and spur your competitive spirit.

[FYI – this is similar to CrossFit’s Workout of the Day, but it’s not everything you’re doing, which will only set you up for a quick plateau and/or injury from random programming]

And remember that to be a powerDOJO Kyoudai means to be a Practitioner of Wholistic Exercise & Respect – it’s not just about the training and exercise.

Hold on – I’m going to let you in on a little secret…

I’m going to talk a bit about what it takes to become a powerDOJO Black Belt.

Now the #’s change depending on your weight class, but here are 6 examples (out of 19 tests):

[black_tick_list width=”100%”]

  • Squat Twice Your Bodyweight (1 of 4 tests of STRENGTH)
  • Perform 15 Muscleups (1 of 3 tests of ENDURANCE)
  • Perform 10 1-arm Pushups (1 of 3 tests of SYMMETRY)
  • Snatch Your Bodyweight (1 of 3 tests of POWER)
  • Perform the X-Drill in 55 seconds or less (1 of 3 tests of AGILITY)
  • Run 400 metres in under 60 seconds (1 of 3 tests of CARDIO)[/black_tick_list]

This is a small taste of what your future can be…

The reason why I haven’t talked about these things yet was because I didn’t want to scare you away if you are nowhere near these #’s or can’t imagine yourself achieving them.

But with the progressive system of training and support you’ll get inside powerDOJO – these #’s are all well within your reach.

If you don’t believe it, you have a limiting belief that is stopping you from achieving your potential.

That’s why it’s not just about the training – it’s a WHOLISTIC approach to being the best you can be.

We’ll bee talking mindset.

Lifestyle.

Nutrition.

Everything that affects the results you produce in and out of the gym.

You won’t find this anywhere else. I’ve looked. If it already existed, I would’ve sent you there instead of spending thousands of dollars and hundreds of hours creating it.

So this is what lies ahead for you.

Like I’ve stressed before – I’m not promising you’ll become a Black Belt because I don’t know what kind of time and effort you’re willing to put in.

But if you’re already training, the direction, expertise and support you’ll get as a powerDOJO Kyoudai will get you farther than anything else.

And before you can join, I need your agreement on a few things:

#1 – You MUST be open to learning and testing new concepts and ways of doing things. If you’re close-minded, uncoachable or stuck in the mindset that there’s only one way to do things, there’s no point joining as you’re going to continue to do the same things you’ve always done, anyway.

#2 – You MUST have a long-term mindset. This is not a quick-fix program; it’s not a ‘program’ at all, in fact, but a system that will allow you to continually build your fitness while maintaining any gains you do make, month in, month out. But it only works if you commit to it for the long haul, which is why I’ve set the price as it is.

When you get your Purple belt in Karate, you don’t lose all the skills you learned getting your Blue belt – you build upon what you learned. But in fitness this often happens – you’ll build some muscle but gain fat at the same time. Or lose fat but also lose strength and muscle.

#3 – Finally, you MUST give back to the community. This is how specific styles of martial arts have survived for thousands of years – students become teachers and instructed those below them.

Become a Member of the Founding Kyoudai Today

One of my secrets is my understanding that the best way to learn something is to teach it and by helping others and giving back to the community, you’ll accelerate your learning and internalize the concepts and strategies so they become a part of your DNA.

If you agree to these 3 points, then let’s get started today:

Only $39.95 $19.95 per month!

Sorry, registration for powerDOJO is currently closed.

If you choose to continue as a powerDOJO member, you will be locked in at this special ‘Founding Kyoudai’ rate of only $39.95 $19.95, billed automatically every 30 days after.

As always, thanks for listening, and I can’t wait to see you inside powerDOJO.

PEACE~

Eric

Hi Eric,
This sample did not scare me away at all. If anything it just made me super stocked (especially the muscle up!) to with alot of dedication and time to maybe be able to gain the attributes to perform these numbers.

Excuse my poor English. 🙂
