Hello Eirc , I have purchased the Hip Flexibility solution and I am very optimistic about acheiving results that can finally enable me to rotate my hip during round kicks and throw more powerful kicks I have checked the documents and the videos and they are very helpful but I can not find the number of cycles and reps I should do for each exercise for example for the kneeling routine we have three exercises how many cycles and reps should we do for each leg and each exercise to get the fastest and most effecient results In week 4 as said in the implementation guise the active smr routine is not included and yet from week 6 to week 10 we are supposed to do the same as week 4 , does that mean that the active amr exercises should be done in week 2 only and ignored for… Read more »
