Q: What equipment do I need for the workouts?
Q: I don’t have ____ piece of equipment. Can I still do the workouts?
==>> Any barbell exercise you can substitute dumbbells for, as long as they are heavy enough to challenge you

Q: Does the training camp include nutrition?
