Let me know in the Comments below and if you’ve got any questions, leave those too:
I purchased the program but didn’t get some of it downloaded. many of the files don’t work (operator error, no doubt)
Hey Eric,
What are the main and big differences between the SFS Solution and the indestructible shoulder program?
Thanks
Eric, I have the HFS program and it is fabulous. My kicking is easier now and no more “grinding” in my hip joints! Looking forward to this shoulder routine. You are the bomb!

Been struggling with subacromial bursitis caused by muscle imbalances due an impingment caused by a bulging disc in my neck will SFS help that.
Depends why the disc bulged? If it’s posturally related, then yes the program will help.
Eric, is there a download (SD) for us that live in 3rd world country
LOL I’ll post it all up in pD.
Hey Eric. I just want to say, great stuff and thank you! So this program is just for the shoulders right? Is there a program for tight hips?
Yup: www.HipFlexibilitySolution.com
Hi Eric
Your SFS looks interesting. I’ve used your HFS system which has fixed my hip issues so I am interested in your SFS and see if it can help a chronic injury I have in my Sternoclavicular joint of my shoulder. Do you think your SFS system will help address my SC joint pain.
While I don’t know the exact cause of your SC joint pain, if it’s chronic pain that’s been around for a long time, then it’s very likely that SFS will address it.
Hi, and thank you Eric!
Can I run both the Hip and shoulder programs together into one session?
What would be the best way to do this?
Totally could be done… Do hip first then shoulder after… more to come 🙂
Sounds all logic, step by step, now I’m ver curiously of your exercise selection…
And hope to get rid of my shoulder problem …
